The Naturepedic Organic Cotton Contoured Changing Pad features a luxurious organic cotton fabric with an easy-to-clean 100% polyethylene clear food-grade waterproof coating that provides a non-toxic hypoallergenic dust mite barrier and stain resistant surface. Organic cotton filling is unbleached, undyed, and grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers. Firm Support: Features Air-Core(tm), a non-toxic support layer made from 100% food-grade polyethylene. Air-Core is a network of closed cell air pockets that provide a firm and comfortable base without the toxic properties of chemicals in polyurethane foam and the allergenic concerns of latex rubber. We use 100% GOTS certified cotton for the luxurious fabric layers in our changing pads and covers. The organic cotton fabric has a patented waterproof coating made from sugarcane; this makes the surface an easy clean with just soap and water.
